When vs. What You Eat

I think we are getting better on the nutrition front.  Here is an interesting study showing that eating for the first 8 hours of the day and then nothing for 16 hours may be the way to go.  Intriguing and may give some credence to the IF people (intermittent fasting).   Looks like both timing and macronutrient ratios can be important.  Who would have thunk it?
