The Corrupt HHS

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) report found that that Health and Human Services department is breaking ACA regulations that require a portion of funds collected under its Transitional Reinsurance Program to go to the Treasury. What are they doing with that money?   Well, it turns out they have “redirected $5 billion so far to pay health insurers that enroll high-cost patients under the program.”

To pay health insurers?  Yeah, they need the money.

There is more in this article but in reality it is just another example of how the present administration has been tweaking the law (the ACA) any way the see fit.
