No danger of forgetting that game or who won it any time soon.
Atlanta has not been scorched that badly since General Sherman came through town…

Quality. Do you know whether you do your job well, or does someone with a clipboard “drill down” into your performance database?
We pretend that all things can be measured by anonymous others. And yet here this guy runs this team to maximum excellence year after year. They call him a cheater, a robot, a stooge. How can he keep winning? It must be magic, or cheating.
What it is – the man has worked hard to learn HOW TO COACH A FOOTBALL TEAM. There are no instructions, and no tests. Win, or you’re fired.
Industrialism divides up responsibility. Everyone in a losing team can write a book on whose fault losing is – and never the guy in the mirror. Belichek wins, because he has no excuses for losing – and he knows his job.
That’s why my Patriots (I’ve been a fan since the Boston Patriot days) have again gone to the Super Bowl, and may well win again. Brady works for him. There’s loads of guys who have cannon arms, and most quarterbacks can outrun him. But he’s just a Belichek employee – perform to your best and demonstrate excellence.
American Medicine is like Cleveland and Jacksonville, San Francisco and the Bears. It’s turned into a phone-it-in, go through the paces job. I tried to get a sick man admitted to the hospital, and spoke to the hospitalist. Between the Hospitalist and the ER plugin locum, they successfully rebuffed him. Save! for the hospital. Isn’t this pathetic?

I know he is busy right now, but it would be interesting to hear his take on the hospital “teams” (flashmobs) who have largely taken over inpatient care and exclude the input and presence of the patient’s chosen and long-term physician (coach.)

Sorry, Bill, you let the media and the corrupt NFL sway you. http://yourteamcheats.com Deflategate was a fraud. Even the best scientists knew that. All the court system proved is that the collective bargaining agreement allows Caesar Goodell to impose a penalty on anyone he wants. Spygate was true but all teams were filming other teams signal callers. “Had the camera operator been in a booth enclosed on 3 sides with a roof overhead out of view of the coaches, spygate would never have been started. Instead, Belichick admits that he told the camera man to stand in plain view, adorned with Pats Staff badges and film the defensive signals in plain view” There is a video of John Madden calling and game and talking about how all teams film the opposing teams signals. Google it…the video is taken down now….why?.. Heir Goodell removed it.

I have no problem with anyone rooting against us. Disagreeing is fine. If the Falcons win then good for them. Go Pats!

I did forget about your long history in Maine, but with your history in Virginia, I had a passing thought you might be a Redskins fan! Ha! Regardless of who wins or loses SBLI, most of us won’t remember the outcome in a year or two. Or three…Enjoy! I may be going back and forth between it and the Puppy Bowl and my taco salad fixin’s!!
