Plus they are fictional characters from Breaking Bad. Is this a movie prop?

They live at “1234 Street”? Is this a real bill? Or just a quote?

Okay, fine. Someone’s gotta do it.

The date of service is 12/8/09, but the bill was generated 11 months before, on 1/9/09.

      Happy now?

      Nya.

This is GREAT. This is a small action that , when multiplied by a million more, will produce dramatic change. Complements.

It it time for the medical industry to publish it’s charges.

If you are not that person’s physician (and therefore subject to various non-HIPPA state medical ethics rules), and you do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, then I don’t think you’re a “covered entity,” and so cannot be held liable under HIPPA for anything, any more than my cat can.
