Quote of the Week: Dr. Rachel Levine
“My mother requested, and my sister and I as her children complied, to move her to another location during the COVID-19 outbreak”.

(In March, Levine ordered long-term care facilities in the state to continue to accept coronavirus patients who had been discharged from hospitals but unable to return to their homes, the Bucks County Courier Times reported. “Do as I say, not as I do!”. It’s easy to promote public policy until it’s your mother. Then, it’s different. I understand that covid positive patients discharged from hospital may need a long care term facility before returning home. I understand the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. A generation ago, this mentally ill individual would have been dismissed, and not without some laughter; now “he” is given power by academia, and then the state over others’ lives. This just keeps getting funnier, and sadder.
No fiction writer could come up with anything more bizarre than this.
