I know a ton of 9-year olds who smoke and drank and only get picked up by these screens done by specialists.
This is why the system with its bogus metrics continue to be such bullshit.

I did a chart review on a middle aged man. the records have both positive male and female components of the ROS. He has normal mensces without heavy bleeding. He has no fibroid problems. He has a history of prostatism.
My li’l bastards all chew plug, so they never show up for smoking.

And this is the **#1** item on the Impression/Plan?!?!?!?!
Bullshit my a$$! I was getting letters back from specialty docs with so much shit in them like shown above it was hard to find the “legitimate” recommendations in the letter! I remember the good old days of a one or two page letter that gave me all the info I needed to help deal with the situation.
One other comment: “People simply lie, period!”
