Quote of the Week: Washington Post

“Volunteer in Oxford coronavirus vaccine trial dies”.
Above is the screenshot tweet from the Washington Post.
The volunteer who died was in the control (placebo) group. To the f$cking idiots at the Washington Post, you should be ashamed of yourselves for scaring people! This is why people distrust the media. You played yourself. And lost.

Squirrels are not generally considered carriers of rabies. If they were, I wouldn’t have befriended some young ones with food. It took a lot of time but they learned their names, didn’t mind being petted and I think enjoyed the company. They didn’t always take the nut out of my hand. Just liked being around. It was a fun 6 years. Had to stop as too many of them were crawling on the screens to get my attention and my wife put the kibosh on it.
This is why I distrust the media.
“Vaccine volunteer killed in freak unicycle accident.”
“Vaccine volunteer mauled by rabid squirrels.”
“Vaccine volunteer dies from overwhelming gout.”
Any of these might be more accurate….Just sayin’
