What a phenomenal duo!! It is so sad to me that two such intelligent, caring, seasoned physicians have been essentially driven to your current stances by ‘moral injury’ created by the dark downside of medicine. Please keep chipping and slicing away at academic medicine as well as government and insurance-devised insanity….hopefully one day you can help bring all 3 areas back into rational, humanistic sanity where doctors can care for folks decently & ethically, while still maintaining balance in their personal life.
