Not coming; already here and entrenched. All that is missing from the current dismal scenario is the up-front (and, natch, mandatory) CME session and the after-session mixer with lawyers, group and self – flagellation, and choral lamentation for those fallen.
My shoulders stoop because I’ve been doing this for 15 years.
