The Omicron Vaccine Will Be Ready When It’s Gone
Good news. Pfizer is all over Omicron. Their vaccine is only 3 months away.
Is it controversial to say Omicron is milder? More transmissible? I hope not. Anyway, we have this:
“We already have begun work on a DNA template tailored to the sequence of Omicron, a critical step in the process of advancing a variant version of our vaccine if in fact we find one is needed,” a Pfizer spokesperson told FOX Business. “[We are] also manufacturing the variant vaccine at risk, as we did for Beta and Delta before.”
The announcement comes after the pharmaceutical giant previously said it would be able to develop and produce a tailor-made vaccine against the omicron variant in roughly 100 days, subject to regulatory approval, in the event that a third dose of its current BNT162b2 vaccine is not found to protect against the Omicron variant or other future variants.
This quote is from Fox but Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla first announced the March timeline during an interview with CNBC on Monday.
100 Days!
For those in the real world, how many think Omicron will be an issue in 100 days? Remember, take into consideration that EVERYONE will have gotten Omicron by then. Yes, even the vaccinated. Yet, I guarantee our stupid ass government will agree to pay for this shit.
Has the whole world gone crazy!?!

Ummmm, It’s generally recommended to get a flu shot once a year so what’s the fuss about?
Nothing is “recommended” if you cannot eat a meal without it, cannot keep a job without it, cannot fly in a plane without it. That’s flat out fascism. As I said, I am pro vaccine. But if this mandate is allowed to stand, I doubt I’ll be in favor of the next mandate to come down. Do liberals want mandates prohibiting access to birth control? Then better hope liberals stay in power. Do conservatives want mandates for physicians to provide abortions? Because it’s been suggested. It was Plato, a long time ago, that said “Democracy inevitably leads to tyranny.” We are not a democracy, we are a constitutional democracy, and that is a big difference. So that is what the fuss is about.
So I am pro vaccine, but anti-mandate. Forcing something on to or into someone – we already have words for that. Assault. Or rape. And now that the vaccine is waning in efficacy, pushing a less effective vaccine (or you will be fired) seems less effective and further pushes the schism that America is suffering from. And now talk of a fourth booster? One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If Pfizer can come up with a variant vaccine in 100 days they can grease the right palms at the fda into another eua.
This is so true. And, by the way, where are the paxlovid pills?
