Pfizer Never Knew if Covid Vaccine Prevented Transmission?
I really am sad today. I will tell you why in a minute. Read the following:
Janine Small, Pfizer’s president of international developed markets, was testifying before the European Union Parliament on Monday when she was asked the question by Dutch MEP Rob Roos.
“Was the Pfizer Covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market?” Mr Roos asked.
“If not, please say it clearly. If yes, are you willing to share the data with this committee? And I really want a straight answer, yes or no, and I’m looking forward to it.”
Ms Small — appearing in the place of Pfizer chief executive Albert Bourla, who had been called to testify but pulled out of the hearing earlier this month — replied that the company had to “move at the speed of science”.
“Regarding the question around, um, did we know about stopping the immunisation [sic] before it entered the market? No, heh,” she said.
“Uh, these, um, you know, we had to really move at the speed of science to really understand what is taking place in the market, and from that point of view we had to do everything at risk. I think Dr Bourla, even though he’s not here, would turn around and say to you himself, ‘If not us then who?’”
Ms. Small said Dr. Bourla “actually felt the importance of what was going on in the world, and therefore as a result of that, we actually, um, spent $US2 billion, at risk, of self-funded money from Pfizer, to be able to research, develop and manufacture at risk, to be able to make sure that we were in a position to be able to help with the pandemic”.
Let me point out a few things. I am a pro-vaccination doc and got three CV Moderna shots. There is my bias. And let’s give Pfizer and the other pharmaceutical companies a little bit of leeway and credit here. We really had a major pandemic on our hands and millions died. The world was in a panic and they rushed to get something out there. I get that. But there are problems to this.
First, will the main stream media even report what this lady just said? If not, then they reinforce what we already know in that the media is not to be trusted and are the mouthpiece for the government. They are not journalists anymore. They are the Pravda.
Secondly, if this was NEVER really known to prevent transmission then what was it for? I think the answer may be to lessen the severity of the disease, especially the earlier varients. And maybe that did happen. Great. But what about all the mandates? Why would we need them if the vaccine wasn’t going to prevent transmission? All that virtue signalling that YOU ARE PUTTING OTHERS AT RISK was bullshit?
Third, transmission has NOT been cut down by the vaccine now. We saw the President, his wife, the VP and Fauci all get CV19. So, all the marketing was a scam. They could have marketed the vaccine that it lessened your symptoms but they chose to lie instead.
Fourth, all those who were fired for not getting the vaccine need to be reinstated with backpay. All military should be reinstated as well. All mandates need to be removed.
I don’t blame Pfizer for trying to get something out there to help people. I blame others for lying about it. I blame them for breaking the trust that the public have in their doctors. The shaming of non-Covid vaxxers was reprehensible. Admit it now, You were wrong.
I am disgusted at those who tried to destroy those doctors and scientists who questioned these vaccines from the start. Science should always be questioned. We live in a free country. I am disgusted in the censorship that the gov’t and Big Tech worked together on to stop any of what they call “misinformation” but now may be correct.
When you add all this to the mask fallacy, the 6 ft made up rule, the restaurant “no mask needed when sitting” stipulation, and on and on you will see how the public is now skeptical of everything. More importantly, what happens next is crucial. If Big Pharma, pro CV 19 vaccine docs, the gov’t, etc don’t admit this then things will just get worse.
That makes me sad.
I just plain don’t understand the fuss over “COVID vaccine does not prevent transmission”. How do you get mucosal immunity from an injected vaccine? A vaccinated individual may still get a head cold. The vaccine is to keep the disease from becoming something worse than a head cold.
I never expected an injected vaccine would stop spread of a respiratory virus. At best, slow down transmission by limiting duration of disease. Seems pretty elementary to me, maybe I’m missing something.
We have switched from live attenuated oral polio vaccine to killed injected vaccine. So now about a generation of people with serum immunity but not mucosal immunity. Polio is an entervirus. Why should there be any surprise that the virus is starting to appear in the sewers of London and New York?
Here’s the big deal, arf—The entire country was shut down; the entire country was MANDATED to take the vaccines, which were unvetted and untested. The FEDS continue to preach that the vaccines protect your neighbors. Lies. Lies and more lies. That is the big deal.
We were told by the entire public health bureaucracy from the Demented Oval Office Occupant and the negligently homicidal Fauci on down that NOT being vaccinated made one a direct threat to others. This was the obviously phony rationale used to force vaccination on those who did not need it, and resulted in significant hardship for millions. Any high school student should have been able to explain that if one is vaxx’d then another’s vax status should not matter.
Our entire profession should have screamed with one voice, “NO”, and these Soviet thugs splintered us early on by threatening our ability to work, with a thick layer of toxic moral icing on top, convincing this stupid, cowardly nation that this was a “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” even as they dismissed natural immunity and demanded children undergo vaccination to “prevent transmission” to their nervous grandparents and corrupt teachers.
The fuss is that this was ALL a lie used to justify coercion.
I don’t have a problem with any of what you’re saying. I agree with you about the mandates and shutdowns and all that. Just listening to some, and I’m not saying you, I hear people talking like they don’t understand the difference between serum and mucosal immunity. Seems to me a pretty basic concept. Finding poliovirus in the wastewater stream does not surprise me at all, given that the vaccine was changed from oral to injected some time ago. And yes, any public health expert saying the vaccine will keep you from infecting Grandma needs to find another line of work. Of course you can get COVID vaccinated and still get COVID, I have seen it with patients, my office staff, and my own family. COVID vaccinated, and a couple months get COVID. They just don’t die of COVID. I knew a couple people who kinda wanted to die for a couple days, with the head cold from hell, but they don’t die.
1) Pfizer made this admission. I don’t see any admission from Moderna or any other company.
2) There is no admission that the vaccine isn’t effective / doesn’t prevent or lessen the effects of the CV.
3) Businesses made decisions regarding vaccine/mask/distancing requirements based on the information presented to them as factual science. They should not be held responsible for restitution to former employees. Pfizer should be.
4) This disclosure doesn’t validate the multitude of quack “doctors” pedaling home remedies including those promoting the use of animal medications. Especially without a real MD prescribing the human form of it.
There are still unanswered questions and our country is largely being motivated by fear and hysteria created by the media (BOTH Right and Left). I’m not sure we will ever get the whole truth.
Are the “quack doctors” any more guilty than the quack Fauci, the quack CDC, the quack NIOH??

Im not aware that any vaccine can prevent transmission.
A vaccine is supposed to protect the recipient by building antibodies to theoretically prevent the recipient from getting sick and if they do, lessen the severity of the illness.
Bottom line is, once again, BIG PHARMA was in it for the MONEY!!!

That one line said it all, and is the exact OPPOSITE of science.
I had the virus in early 2020, refused to get a shot because I already had natural immunity, and because of genuine auto-immune concerns, then was banned from family gatherings, and spent some sleepless nights last fall worrying whether I would be out of a job. These damn bastards.
I thought it was said if one had and recovered from Covid-19, they didn’t need a vaccine if they didn’t want to take it. I heard stated it should “theoretically” build more resistance (whatever that means) if a recovered person gets the vaccine and vaccination was optional if they didn’t want the shots?
I think the clincher here is the person who recovered from their disease get the medical documentation and bitch about to whomever is requiring the vaccine. Perhaps subtly mention they’ll be consequences (meaning lawsuit) if one who’s recovered and gets a devastating reaction to the vaccine.
Doug, why did you get multiple vaccines? Why?? They were suspect from jump. AND, there was treatment for Covid. And the suspicion of grave harm was present from the beginning. Now, young healthy persons are dropping dead, from “natural causes”. This entire episode was a scam. I hope you didn’t vaccinate your children.
