Or at least what I HEAR about it, not expert, don’t know how they handle it in practice.
Natves did not have access to puberty blockers or major surgery. From what I understand, they just let the person dress accordingly and take on the role of the gender desired.
How that works in practice, how many tribes follow the practice, I have no idea.
