Warning! The Federation of State Medical Boards May Take Your License If They Don’t Like What You Say

Listen, I am a pro-vaccine doctor but I am also a pro-question authority doctor. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this article:
The Federation of State Medical Boards warned July 29 that physicians and other healthcare professionals could be at risk of losing their medical licenses if they spread COVID-19 vaccine misinformation on social media, online and in the media.
First of all, the FSMB should have NO authority over doctors’ speech. They oversee state boards, each one is many times a travesty of injustice where they have quotas to meet in punishing doctors. NEVER TRUST YOUR STATE MEDICAL BOARD.

FSMB, a nonprofit that represents all U.S. state medical boards, said any clinicians who create or spread vaccine misinformation or disinformation risk disciplinary action by state medical boards, including suspension or revocation of their medical license, according to a statement emailed to Becker’s Hospital Review.
“Due to their specialized knowledge and training, licensed physicians possess a high degree of public trust and therefore have a powerful platform in society, whether they recognize it or not,” FSMB said. “They also have an ethical and professional responsibility to practice medicine in the best interests of their patients and must share information that is factual, scientifically grounded and consensus-driven for the betterment of public health.”
This is obscene! Remember, when a certain virus was from a bat? Remember when masks were bad then good then bad then good again? Remember when the vaccine was all you needed and not a mask anymore? Remember when certain drugs for this virus were bad then good then well, who knows?
MISINFORMATION is not DISINFORMATION. The first has no purposeful malice in its intent. The second is propaganda, you know, like what see from many news channels and the government.
The FSMB should not get away with this. We must call them out for their unbelievable overreach. That means you!
This inept organization can’t figure out how to create a national license so doctors can work in other states but they have the audacity to say they will pull your license because they don’t like what you say. And now they declare themselves the arbiters of all medical information? Hey, FSMB, go f%ck yourselves!
If we do not fight back then the FSMB and other medical organizations will use this calamity to grab more power. Our freedoms are at stake. Your state medical board may not like what you told a patient for her cancer treatment (i.e. using a Keto diet). Boom, you are suspended. The AMA may report you to the FSMB because you oppose one of the social programs. Blam, you have a meeting set up with your state board and need to bring a lawyer. The American Board of Medical Specialties picks you out for opposing their MOC (maintenance of certification) which is a scam and finds a way to report you to get your license revoked. You get a letter from your state board that you have spread misinformation about doctors’ education and need to meet with them.
Hyperbole? NO!!!!!
Who have ever thought you would read this headline: Physicians who post COVID-19 vaccine misinformation may lose license, medical panel says ?
But that’s for those crazy doctors, right? NO!!!
Can you recommend sunshine for increased vitamin D production? Maybe not because that may be a risk of skin cancer. License gone for misinformation! Your patient had the CV19 infection but you have to tell them they STILL need the vaccine? The evidence is not great for this but the government and Fauci think so. You push back. Blam, your license is gone.
Will all this oversight of your “misinformation” stop at the vaccine? That’s the question you need to ask yourselves. Ignore this at your own peril and risk being burned at the stake.
By the way, am am acutely aware that the FSMB might flag this article for giving misinformation. Boom, license gone.

More evidence that becoming a physician diminishes one’s civil rights compared to those have no skill, knowledge, or investment.
The implications of this story cannot be overstated. For all of our colleagues who have argued in favor of a Big Government role in medicine, of a “right” to care, ad nauseum, do not think yourselves guiltless : this faceless, tyrannical crap is what you were working toward, wittingly or not. We have now come to the formal, institutionalized moment when fidelity to the Hippocratic Oath will be seen as grounds to cancel someone’s license and ability to work.
Take heed, would-be medical students: avoid this poisonous, muzzled profession, and seek more honest, less threatening work.
At one time, one progressed through a series of processes that granted the acknowledgement of an individual to be skilled in the practice of medicine, and was subject to hesitant and cautions review under the law. To encumber a medical license was akin to the due process necessary to take away freedom from a criminal. There needed to be an egregious betrayal of the profession, to the degree that a felony is an egregious betrayal of citizenship.
Now, boards and licenses OWN the practice of medicine itself, which is a possession of the state temporarily leased to individuals in greater broadening categories. If the state “practices medicine,” anyone can rent the right to practice, in the same manner that oil and gas leases are purchased. No longer are you a doctor, but a lessee.
If you are but a tenant-at-will of the State’s healthcare monopoly, it can evict you from its demesne as a squatter for causing outrage to the State. The lot can then be leased to another – a physician’s assistant, say – who will be a more prudent tenant. Boards merely serve eviction notices to nonpaying assets – such as those who might, God forbid, question the Science as codified under the authority of the state; and instead substitute their own clinical judgment in the care of the patient. The difference between squatters and slaves is only that the squatters can abandon their shack and move on. When the State determines that it can insist that you cannot withdraw from your profession, then the transition is complete. That sounds absolutely mad – but it has been considered, I’m sure. There is such a demand and shortage of doctors, who are you to “retire” or “change professions?”
