Could you please tell me how much the officers of said company were rewarded during this time period so we can judge parity between you and them?
And Kurt, your story reminds me about a segment on YOUTUBE that I just watched about the Lucchese crime family. I hope you are doing well in hiding.

And Kurt, your story sounds like a segment I just watched on YOUTUBE about the Lucchese crime family…..you stiffed them in the end….I hope you are in hiding.

I assume your “bonus” was so small because some of your United patients had the unmitigated gall to require medical care during the quarter.
It’s obvious that they’re not team players. Time to get out the discharge letters and purge your practice of these selfish individuals who value their own health and well-being more than United’s bottom line.

Great example of the AAFP’s beloved “value based payment” – all the “value” is for United, Aetna, and Anthem.

AAFP is now officially woke, so I guess nothing will change there.

The AAFP hierarchy is a bunch of liberal idiots who are so delusional that the average primary care practitioner can change a person’s lousy health habits “magically”. I only renewed my membership so my group practice could proudly say I was, “Board Certified” for 30 something years. Took the stupid tests too and luckily passed. Had to take one a year before I retired just so I could get the last year in.
When I retired, I refused to pay the $970.00 “exit” fee so I could be listed on the rolls as “retired”. Efffff them. I could give two sheets to the breeze if they burned all the records that said I was board certified. I still have the certificates. Heck, they sent my final certificate before they sent the invoice for $970.00 so I shafted them. Doesn’t mean anything and I’ll never go back to practice.
In my book, if one has paid extortion money for 30 something years, they should be honorably retired without paying any further fees.
I believe most medical boards have become extortion rackets with the MOC junk they make the docs go through. No money in just making the docs get pricey CME. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Will make our debutantes/fellows pay $$$$$ to take a recurring test. That way the heads of the medical boards can make a million dollars a year without actually seeing patients! Self righteous idiots who should toast in Hades.
When I practiced, I had to leave the area and go to a conference as I would never get a computer course done from home due to work. Glad I’m done with it.

I was sent a check for $0.55 from Medi-Cal (Medicaid), payment on full for taking care of a patient’s pelvic fracture. And they call it insurance. I’d need to see 10 patients just to earn your bonus

I’d invest it in United Healthcare.🤔
