Granted, the last article is from Canada, which is a totalitarian country but we are close. Remember, the official diagnosis of gender dysphoria is very controversial. Europe is NOT on board with this! The American Academy of Pediatrics. which has become a militant and activist organization, is gung ho for what is happening. How does that affect you as a doctor? Well, you may be put in a position of not agreeing with a patient and questioning them about gender. Suspended. You may be put in a position of of not wanting to help a child be taken from his or her or whatever they claim to be at the moment parents. Suspended. Why? Because due to the law, they are being abused and you’re not helping them get out of that abuse.
This is insanity. This explosion of gender dysphoria is a social contagion perpetuated by social media. And it’s going to be a disaster in a few years.
“Healthcare” is produced through the labor of hard working doctors, nurses and techs.
How can one have a “right” to someone else’s labor? That is called “slavery” and it was outlawed in 1865.
Criminalization of medical care in order to produce a desired social outcome sniffs of totalitarianism for sure. It’s happened on both the conservative side (such as abortion) and liberal side (such as gender related care). Certainly a scary message to be sending…..

I don’t know.
In my 40 years as a physician it’s uniformly been the case that doctors are careful and deliberate about embracing new and irreversible medical treatments. I’ve never seen such a precipitous, headlong rush into new and life-changing treatment plans outside of the “gender-affirming care for minors” movement. As a doctor, to me it feels more like a cult rather than a medical innovation.
This nonsense is child abuse if I ever saw it!
It’s exploitation of minor children by lunatics!
It’s undermining of parental rights.
It’s reprehensible!
It’s pathetic!
It’s amoral!
It needs to stop!!!
So lets’s get this straight: We were all taught in training, and it’s in every state law I’ve heard of, that a physician has the legal as well as ethical obligation to immediately intervene and report any suspected cases of child sexual abuse. So if a family member rapes a child, I am obligated to report it. But if a family member wants to surgically or chemically mutilate a child, I’m legally required to keep my mouth shut.
Physicians can either forcefully defend the innocent, or they can abet child sexual abuse, and make no mistake, so-called “gender-affirming care” in children is no better than rape. There is no middle ground here.
That may be true. But this is different. If the child WANTS surgery/hormones and the parents disagree then they are theoretically “abusing” the child and you are obligated to intervene and get the kid out of there!
But if it’s just a passing fad for the child, they will be mutilated with no chance of reversal. I say make them wait to the age of consent if they want to persist with this fallacy
