Hospital price transparency is a scam. When hospitals post pricing information, it is deeply hidden on their websites, requiring a “back and forth” of email, designed to make sure you have a true “need to know.” It is also virtually incomprehensible to mere mortals. It is also useless information for making decisions. No one in the system has any interest in letting patients know how much all of this costs. No one wants you to know how much the different insurances are paying. It is more confidential than the most closely guarded military secrets!

If you live in the UK, you can go to this website, find a hospital or consultant, get the treatment you wany, and pay privately with a clear price for services provided IN ADVANCE.
You can afford the treatment, but cash flow a problem? They will offer financing options. They have done this for decades.
